复方双苓止泻散对腹泻大鼠小肠黏膜AQP4表达的影响

Effects of Fufang Shuangling Zhixie Powder on Expression of Aquaporin-4 from Small Intestinal Mucosa of Rats

目的:观察复方双苓止泻散对腹泻大鼠近端小肠AQP4表达的影响。方法:免疫组化、Western blot法比较腹泻模型组(DM)、正常对照组(NC)及低(L)、中(M)、高(H)剂量药物治疗组、阳性对照药物治疗组(PC)AQP4表达。结果:L组AQP4表达高于DM组,低于M组和PC组,M组和PC组AQP4表达低于NC组与H组(P<0.01)。结论:复方双苓止泻散上调腹泻大鼠小肠AQP4表达。

Objective： To investigate the effect of compound shuang-ling antidiarrhea powder on the expression of aquaporin 4 （AQP4） of proximal intestinal mucosa of diarrhea rat models. Methods：All the rats were randomly assigned into 6 groups including diarrhea model （DM） group, low dose-（L）, middle dose- （M）, and high dose-（H） compound shuang-ling antidiarrhea powder group, positive control drug （PC） group, and normal control（NC） group. The expression of AQP4 protein of small intestine of different groups was determined by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results The expression of AQP4 of L group was significantly lower than that of M or PC group respectively （P 〈 0.01 ）, and the expression of AQP4 of M or PC group was signific-antly lower than that of NC group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Compound shuang-ling antidiarrhea powder promoted the expression of AQP4 in intestinal mucosa of diarrhea rat models.
