不同针感与外周经皮二氧化碳释放量的关系 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察不同针感时经穴经皮二氧化碳释放量的变化,研究针刺得气与外周组织能量代谢效应的相关性。方法:20名健康志愿者分别以不同方式刺激内关穴,在针前、中、后测定经穴及经上非穴的TCE,并与非经穴点进行对照。结果:假针刺与浅针刺组针感较针刺得气组轻,而机械压迫引起针感较针刺得气组重。得气组经上穴点针刺前后TCE值升高,有统计学意义;用机械力压迫后,经上穴及点上TCE值先下降,解除压迫后有所升高。结论:针刺疗效与针感并不一定同步,采用传统针刺得气的操作方法后,但同一条经上的穴点处TCE明显增加,表明有效针刺可能明显提高相关经线上的体表能量代谢。 Purpose: To observe the change of transcutaneous CO2 emission on meridian points or non-points when the different needle sensations were gotten,and study the associativity between acupuncture de-qi and periphery constitution energy metabolism effect.Method: Different styles needling were used on 20 healthy volunteers Neiguan(P6),measured TCE of points and non-points before,during and after acupuncture.Result: Needle sensation of sham-acupuncture and shallow-acupuncture group was less than that of de-qi group, while the later was less than that of caused by mechanical pressure. For de-qi group, TCE of meridian points ascended after acupuncture, which had statistical significance; after mechanical pressure, TCE of meridian points descended first and ascended after removed pression. Conclusion: Acupuncture curative effect and needle sensation were not sure to be in-synchronism, while after traditional acupuncture de-qi methods, TCE of points on one meridian ascended significantly, which showed effective acupuncture might elevate surface energy metabolism of correlated meridian.
