在海洛因依赖治疗中，复吸是一个中心的问题。稽延性戒断症状是海洛因成瘾者复吸的关键因素之一。本研究对原来编制的海洛因稽延性戒断症状评定量表略作修改，以适应自评，并对３７例脱毒后３０天，未沾染毒品的住院海洛因依赖者进行自评与他评的比较，结果发现。

Relapse is a central problem in the treatment of heroin dependence.Prolong withdrawal symptoms is one of key factors associated with relapse among heroin addicts.Rating scale for prolong withdrawal symptoms of heroin which has be developed previously was modified slightly for selfrating.The rating scale was compared with the selfrating scale among 37 heroin addicts without drug taking in an inpatient ward on the day 30 after detoxification.The results indicated that there is better agreement between the rating scale and the selfrating scale.
