285例药疹住院病例分析

Analysis of Drug Eruptions in 285 Inpatients

报道１９９０年～１９９６年期间，住院药疹患者２８５例。男女比例１０２∶１，年龄以２１～３０岁组最多，致敏药物以抗生素类和解热镇痛药最常见。药疹类型以麻疹样或猩红热样型最多见，其次为荨麻疹型。

We analyzed the data on 285 in patients having drug eruption treated by our department from 1990～1996 were analyzed.The ratio of male to female was 102 to l.The most common age ranged from 21 to 30 years old.The most common model of those drug eruptions was erythema morbiliform or scarlatiniform,and then urticaria.Of the rashproducing drugs,the most common groups were antibiotics,antipyretic and analgesie.It was noticed that the incidence of drug eruptions in all inpatients was rising in the last six years.
