痕量碲(Ⅳ)的示波极谱测定 被引量:1

摘要 近二十年来,关于痕量碲的测定已有大量的报道。极谱分析法简单、快速、仪器易得,且灵敏度又较高,不失为测定碲的较好方法。本文用单扫示波极谱法测定痕量碲,发现在0.5M盐酸介质中,采用二次导数后,提高了分辨率和灵敏度,大大拓宽了测定的线性范围,碲(Ⅳ)浓度在4~240ppb及0.24~1ppm范围内与峰高成正比,其检测下限为2.4ppb,并已成功地用于矿岩样品中痕量碲的定量分析,且对碲(Ⅳ)在此体系中的电化学还原机理进行了研究。
