摘要
近年来,北京在可再生能源领域作了许多工作,取得了良好的成果,本文基于对可再生能源发展情况的分析,在计划、鼓励政策和在不同区确定可再生能源的比例等方面提出了许多建议。
Renewable energy is an important energy for Beijing. In recent years, Beijing government has made a great of work in this field and gets a good result. However it is not enough to realize ＂Science and Technology Beijing, Human Beijing, Green Beijing＂. Through the analysis of renewable energy development, it advises Beijing government to do a great deal of work in aspects of planning, incentive policies and determining the share of renewable energy in different districts.
