蜜炼柴灵膏治疗慢喉痹疗效分析

Therapeutic Analysis on Chronic Laryngoparalysis with Distilled Chailinggao

目的:观察通络解毒健脾滋阴法治疗慢喉痹的临床疗效,并探讨慢喉痹存在"络阻"的病机特点。方法:采用随机、双盲原则,将符合纳入标准的145例慢喉痹患者随机分为治疗组73例和对照组72例,治疗组予通络解毒健脾滋阴法治疗(含服自制蜜炼柴灵膏),对照组予银黄含化片治疗,观察各组疗效及各组治疗后症状改善情况。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.8%、63.9%(P<0.01),治疗组症状和体征的改善优于对照组。结论:通络解毒健脾滋阴法治疗慢喉痹可显著改善其临床症状。

Objective:to observe the therapeutical effect of the recipe of activating the channels,removing toxic substances,invigorating the spleen and nourishing yin,and to discuss the pathologic mechanism of chronic laryngoparalysis with obstruction in the channels. Methods: 145 patients with chronic larygoparalysis were,randomly and with double blind method,divided into treatment group of 73 cases treated with distilled honeyed Chailinggao and control group of 72 with Yinhuang dissolving tablets,then to observe their effect and the improvements. Results: the effective rates were 91.8% and 63.9%,(P<0.01),and the effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group. Conclusion: the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic laryngoparalysis could be improved by activating the channels,removing toxic substances,invigorating the spleen and nourishing yin.
