促进我国加工贸易健康可持续发展的策略研究

Research on Strategies of Promoting Healthy Sustainable Development of Chinese Processing Trade

目前,我国加工贸易面临着国内企业所占比重低、劳动力优势逐步丧失、技术水平落后、环境污染等方面的问题,而这些问题会直接制约加工贸易的发展,并进而影响到国民经济的良好运行。政府应提高内资企业在加工贸易中的地位;延长加工贸易企业在国内的产业链,扩大波及效应;提升加工贸易企业的技术水平和创新能力,鼓励其自主知识产权的开发;促进加工贸易结构的调整,推动其升级转型;提高环境标准,完善环保政策,限制污染类加工贸易。

Now the processing trade is facing the difficulties of low proportion in domestic enterprises, gradual loss of labor advantage, backward technology, and environmental pollution, etc. These problems will restrain the development of processing trade directly, and influence better operation of national economy further. The government should raise the status of domestic enterprises in processing trade, expand the industrial chain of processing enterprise at home and their spread effect, increase their technical standard and innovative ability to encourage the development of independent intellectual property, promote structure adjustment and upgrading transformation of processing trade, and increase environment standard and environmental protection policy to control polluted processing trade.
