针对向下泵送混凝土时容易堵管的难题,从材料、布管、管壁、温度、泵压、工作性能等方面对下泵混凝土堵管的原因进行了分析,并针对性地提出了解决方案,以期避免或减少泵送过程中堵管现象的发生。

Aiming at the difficult problem,that is,the blocking in the downward pump concrete construction,the paper analyzes reasons for the blocks of the downward pump from the materials,the tube layout,the tube walls, temperature,the pump pressure,and the working performance,and points out solutions accordingly,so as to avoid or to reduce the blockings in the pumping process.
