摘要
以某大桥薄壁墩为例,通过仿真分析计算薄壁墩混凝土的温度与应力,预测了混凝土内部最大温升和发生时间,施工中采取合理分层、浇筑温度控制、温度监测、保温养护等控制措施,有效控制了温升过高、过快产生的温度裂缝。
Taking the thin-wall pier of some large bridge as an example,the paper according to the simulation analysis and calculation of the temperature and stress of the thin-wall pier concrete,forecasts the maximum temperature rise and occurring time in the concrete.The paper also indicates that some control measures,including reasonable stratification,temperature control in pouring,the temperature inspection,the insulated curing,which can effectively control the cracks caused by over-high temperature and over-quick temperature.
