摘要
阐述了影响建设项目质量的五个因素,根据项目实施的不同阶段,就其事前控制、事中控制和事后控制作了探讨,并对工序质量控制内容、原则及质量控制点作了归纳,从而达到对整个项目的质量控制。
The paper illustrates five factors which influence the architectural quality,explores the beforehand control,the intermediate control and control afterwards according to different implementing stages,and sums up the quality control contents,the principles and quality control points,so as to achieve the quality control over the whole engineering.
