摘要
针对国外房地产商加入国内市场,本土开发商危机加剧的形势,以提高自身竞争能力为出发点,从决策、设计、施工、竣工四个阶段入手,分析和探讨了合理控制工程造价的方法,以期达到全面控制工程造价,降低成本的目的。
In view of the intense competition situations to domestic real estate enterprises caused by entering of overseas real estate enterprises into domestic market,in order to increase self competitive power of domestic real estate enterprises,reasonable engineering cost control methods are analyzed and discussed from four stages,decision making,design,construction and completion,in order to realize comprehensive control and reduce engineering cost.
