摘要
分析了高校基本建设中项目设计阶段和项目实施阶段遇到的问题,探讨了高校建设工程造价的控制方法,指出高校基建部门、审计部门、财务部门应紧密配合,才能最大限度地控制工程造价,提高工程效益。
Problems encountered in design stage and implementation stage of capital construction project in universities are analyzed.At the same time engineering cost control methods are discussed according to capital construction project in universities.Author points out that close cooperation should be made among capital construction,audit and financial departments to control engineering cost maximally and increase engineering benefits.
