强化法制意识 依法实行婚前医学检查管理

Enhance the Awareness of the Legal System, Manage the Preconnubial Examination of Medical by Law

浙江省象山县在强化婚前医学检查法制化管理工作中，为各级领导当好参谋，密切协调各部门关系，精简了婚前医学检查单位，加强婚检队伍建设，统一了婚前医学检查收费标准，提高了婚检质量，婚检率从１９９５年的８７．１％提高到１９９７年的９５．０％，疾病检出率由１９９５年的９．６％提高到１９９７年的１４．６％。

While enhancing the management of the preconnubial examination by law,the MCH hospital of Xiangshan County in Zhejiang Province gave advice for the leader at all levels,harmonized relations of each department,simplified the administrative structure,strengthened construction of medical ranks,united the standard of charging,improved the examination quality,the rate of preconnubial examination raised from 876% of 1995 to 95.0% of 1997,the rate of disease test raised from 956% of 1995 to 146% of 1997.
