高墩大跨混凝土连续刚构箱梁桥合龙方案研究

摘要 以一座高墩大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构箱梁桥为工程背景,基于非线性有限元的基本原理,采用空间梁单元模拟桩、墩、梁,用杆单元模拟预应力钢筋,应用单元生死技术模拟施工过程,在详细分析了不同合龙方案下的结构内力、变形的基础上明确了新的合龙方案,并通过工程实践证明了新方案的有效性。 Taking a high-pier large-span concrete continuous rigid box girder bridge as the project background,the paper adopts the space beam to have the unit simulation of the pile,the pier and the beam,and have the bar element to simulate the prestressed steel bar,and also have the unit birth-death technique to simulate the construction process,based on the basic principle of non-linear finite element,and analyzes the structural internal stress in different schemes,and finally ensures the new closure scheme, then proves the effectiveness of the new scheme according to the project practice.
