摘要
运用分析型嵌入原子模型(AEAM)与晶格动力学方法计算了弛豫后的Cu台阶表面的声子谱曲线,表面弛豫由分子动力学方法计算得到.计算结果声子谱曲线与实验数据吻合.
The phonons dispersion curves of copper step surfaces are studied with lattice dynamics and an analytic embedded-atom method (AEAM). The surface relaxation is calculated with molecular dynamics method. It is found that the phonon disperse curves are in good agreement with the existing experimental data.
