摘要
在Zn2+、Mn2+混合溶液中,通过加入过量的氨和碳酸氢铵,用沉淀法将Zn2+、Mn2+离子分离,并制备了ZnO和化学MnO2.研究了氨和碳酸氢铵加入量、反应温度、静置时间等条件对沉淀分离效果的影响;通过正交设计实验得到了Zn2+、Mn2+分离的适宜条件为:NH3的用量比生成Zn(NH3)42+配合物的理论用量多20%,NH4HCO3为理论用量,反应温度T=40℃,静置时间t=20min.获得的ZnO和化学MnO2样品经分析纯度分别为98.6%和96.5%.
Zn2+, Mn2+ are separated from ion mixture of Zn2+ and Mn2+ by precipitation method through adding excessive ammonia and ammonium carbonate into ion mixture solution. Effects of usage of the ammonia and ammonium carbonate,separation temperature and reaction optimal time on precipitation separation were studied. The separation conditions were obtained by orthogonal design experiment: usage of NH3 is more than Zn(NH3)4^2+ complex usage 20%, usage of NH4HCO3 is theoretical usage, separation temperature T=40℃, reaction time t =20 min. Then ZnO and chemistry MnO2 were prepared by using Zn2+ and Mn2+ as raw material. Preparation conditions of ZnO and chemistry MnO2 were discussed. The content of the ZnO and chemistry manganese dioxide is higher than 98.6 % and 96.5 % respectively.
