Three Principles on Chinese Character Study

考之上古音韵、《诗经》韵脚用字及形声字与声符的音韵关系,"朕"与"身"、"石"与"担"完全符合假借的前提条件。""为""之省形简体,象刚分娩而下的胎儿之形。用为构字部件,""所表之义多与水流有关;而""所表之义则多与胎儿有关。"吕"乃"宫"之省形简体,上古语音中"宫/吕"曾以复辅音"gl-"为声母,故"吕"既可充"竆/竆(穷)"字的声符,又可充当"闾"字的声符。

Researched on phonology relationship of phonetic sign and characters as well as rhyming word, ＂联＂and＂身＂and ＂石＂and ＂担＂conform to borrowed words. ＂云＂and＂ ＂are simple sign that ＂云＂ refers to new born baby and ＂ ＂refers to water flow. ＂吕＂ is the simple sign of ＂宫＂. So ＂吕＂can be applied as phonetic sign of ＂竆/窮（穷）＂ or ＂闾＂
