摘要
当前人事档案管理上存在企业存在严重抛档、流动人员断档现象严重、部分用人单位人事档案管理制度不完善等不足,应从更新观念、顺应形势指导人事档案管理,运用现代计算机技术加快人事档案管理信息化,变更人事档案管理模式和加强流动人员档案管理健全流动服务机构等方面,做好我国人事档案管理工作。
There are some problems in the personal record management system, such as record throwing, no record and record management deficiency. Researched on the relations between personal record and human resource, this paper has proposed some solutions like renewing the idea, applying computer technology, changing management model and enhancing personal record flow management.
