思茅松松节油化学成分分析 被引量:8

摘要 采用GC-MS联用仪和计算机信息检索法对分布于云南的思茅松的松节油化学成分进行了分析鉴定,用峰面积归一法通过化学工作站数据处理系统确定了其各成分的相对百分含量。共确认出思茅松松节油的19种化学成分,其中主要化学成分物质为α-蒎烯(41.07%)、β-蒎烯(38.19%)、3-蒈烯(10.85%)、β-水芹烯(4.95%)、异松油烯(1.24%)、月桂烯(1.04%)。 The turpentine in Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis was analyzed by GC-MS and computer information retrieval.Adopting peak area normalization method,the relative percentage of different components was determined.Totally 19 compounds were found,the major components are α-Pinene(41.07 %),β-Pinene(38.19 %),3-Carene(10.85 %),β-Phellandrene(4.95 %),Terpinolene(1.24 %) and Myrcene(1.04 %).
