摘要
综采工作面顶板风化严重,极其破碎,块度平均小于5 cm,煤岩风化后近似黄土。当工作面推进至无炭柱时,机道顶板经常出现漏顶现象,无法推进。采用多种探测手段对工作面构造进行探测,探测到№568、№564无炭柱具体范围后,分段提前施工末采通道技术,分段回撤,绕过无炭柱推进,取代综采硬过无炭柱或采取以往传统的做法,末采时,边割煤边支护,临时做出末采通道。
The roof weathering of fully mechanized coal mining face is serious, very broken, average fragment is less than 5 cm, coal rock weathering is similar to loess. By using many kinds of survey methods detect the structure of the working face, after detect the specific range of No 568, No 564 non - coal pillar, adopts subsection advanced construction the last stage channel technology, subsection withdraw support, bypasses non -coal pillar pushing forward, replaces fully mechanized mining non - coal pillars or takes traditional practices, at the end of mining, on the one hand cutting coal, on the other hand supporting, makes temporary the last stage channel.
