摘要 正压浓相气力输灰系统采用压缩空气为动力低正压浓相输送,整个输送过程全密封运行,没有二次污染,操作采用全自动化PLC操作。系统运行可靠,配置灵活,主要动作部件及管道配套,阀门、仪器、仪表都采用标准件,增强了互换性,且操作维修方便。系统采用无缝钢管输送,设备经济可靠,并且无污染,无噪音,降低了方山发电厂输灰的费用,生态环境质量得到明显改善。 Positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash conveying system adopts compressed air pressure conveying, the whole process of conveying hermetically operates, no secondary pollution, uses power for low the fully automated PLC operation. System run reliably, the configuration is flexible, main action components and pipelines, valve, instrument and meter adopts standard, in order to enhance interchangeability, and convenient operation and maintenance. The system adopts the seamless steel tube conveying system, the equipment is reliable, economical and on pollution, on noise, and greatly reduces the cost, the plant ash ecological environment quality is improved obviously.
