缓释复合酸化剂与抗生素联合使用对断奶仔猪肠道微生物及肠黏膜抗体的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验选用28日龄断奶、平均体重7.00±0.10kg的长白猪(♂)×大白猪(♀)二元杂交仔猪64头,研究在玉米-豆粕-膨化大豆型基础日粮中单独添加或联合使用包被复合酸化剂与抗生素对断奶仔猪肠道微生物和肠黏膜抗体的影响。试验设4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复4头猪(公母各半),饲养试验时间为5周。结果表明,与对照组和抗生素处理组相比,缓释复合酸化剂与抗生素联合使用可以极显著提高仔猪盲肠和结肠中乳酸杆菌数量、降低大肠杆菌数量(P<0.01);与酸化剂处理组相比,缓释复合酸化剂与抗生素联合使用可以显著提高仔猪盲肠中乳酸杆菌数量、降低大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05);缓释复合酸化剂与抗生素联合使用还有增加仔猪肠黏膜抗体SIgA分泌量的趋势,但与其他处理组相比较,差异并不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示,缓释复合酸化剂与抗生素在断奶仔猪饲粮中联合使用,可以优化仔猪肠道微生物区系、提高仔猪免疫力,并且作用效果优于单独使用酸化剂或抗生素。
