摘要
回顾了高校人事制度改革的历史进程,分析了现阶段的人事制度改革特点,指出高校人事制度的重构价值和岗位聘任管理改革的推行策略,对当前高校人事制度的改革攻坚提出思考。
This paper reviews the historical reform of university personnel systems, gives an analysis of the characteristics of the reform of the personnel systems at the present period, points out the value of the reconstruction of university personnel systems and the practice strategy of the systems of post employment, and contemplates the further reform in difficult areas for current university personnel systems.
