As a kind of environment education force, campus culture has great impact on educating and shaping college students. Based on the cases of Sichuan College of Education, this paper analyses the significance of strengthening the construction of campus culture for promoting higher education reform and development, strengthening and improving ideological education of college students, and improving comprehensive quality completely.
