高星级酒店的节能降耗分析

Research on the Energy Reservation Adopted by Luxurious Star Hotels

面对激烈的竞争环境和国内外高度重视的绿色环保、节能降耗的经济发展背景,酒店业采取了相应的节能降耗措施。通过对高星级酒店进行问卷调查和访谈调研,了解高星级酒店的能源消耗情况和资源浪费程度,以及酒店对创建绿色饭店的认识度和具体节能降耗措施的实施情况,最后提出可操作性强且值得推广的一些改进建议。

Facing the international keen competition environment and the economic background of environmental reservation and energy reservation which are paid great attention, hotels have adopted corresponding measures on energy reservation. In order to know the degree of participation and attention paid by the hotel circle to the creation of economic green hotels, this paper makes spot investigations in some luxurious star hotels in the urban of Quanzhou city and also makes some analysis on the measures and results they adopted and got, then points out their achievements and shortcomings. At the end, the paper put forward some practicable suggestions to promote energy reservation in hospitality industry.
