素质教育的直接实施者是教师,教师的思想、学识直接影响着素质教育的效果。提升教师素质是推进素质教育的最基本的保证。不同的时代、不同的教育环境和要求,不同的人才培养模式要求有不同的教师素质结构与之相适应,它不仅包括教师队伍素质结构,而且包括教师个人素质结构。文章以一个大学生的视角论述了新时期高校教师应具备的综合素质。

The direct executor of quality - oriented education is the teacher, whose ideas and learning directly influence the quality - oriented education. To enhance quality of the teacher is the most fundamental guarantee in advancing the quality - oriented education. Different times, different educational environments and requirements, and different talent cultivation modes require different teachers＇ quality structures, which not only includes the quality structure of the teaching staff, but also the personal quality structure of teachers.
