设备时延是RNSS监测接收机的一项关键参数，本文首先介绍了监测接收机的基本结构，然后根据监测接收机的工作原理和结构特点提出了两种监测接收机设备时延测量方法，并分析了各种测量方法的主要误差因素。

Equipment Time-delay is a key parameter of the monitor receiver in the navigation satellite system. This paper introduces the basic structure of monitor receiver first, then according as the work principle and structure characteristic of the monitor receiver, gives two methods for equipment time-delay measurement of the monitor receiver, also analyses mostly error factors of the two time-delay measurement methods.
