西双版纳地区引种的澳洲坚果抗寒性 被引量:9

摘要 以3年生无性繁殖澳洲坚果10个品种的幼苗为材料,采用电导法和全株冰冻测试法测定西双版纳引种的10个澳洲坚果品种叶片的抗寒力变化。结果表明:10个澳洲坚果品种抗寒力(半致死温度)介于-0.72^-2.36℃之间,H2和HY属于低温敏感性相对较弱的L类型,抗寒力较强;HAES900、A16和Special抗寒力较弱,属于低温敏感性较强的H类型;D4、OC、HAES816、A4和D等品种属于抗寒力中等的M类型。 Young plants of 10 cultivars or clones of Macadamia integrafolia Maiden & Betehe at the age of 3 years old were used as materials.Their leaves were stored at low temperatures, and their cold resistance determined by the conductivity method and whole-plant freeze testing. The results showed their cold resistance was high, with the half lethal low temperature (LTso) ranging from -0.72 ℃to -2.36 ℃. Cuhivars H2 and HY were grouped into low cold sensitivity type (L type), and had higher cold resistance than other cultivars; cultivars HAES900, A16 and Special had lower cold resistance abilities, and were grouped into high cold sensitivity type (H type); and cuhivars D4, OC, HAES816, A4 and D were grouped into moderately cold sensitivity type (M type).
