摘要
采用液体培养的方法,研究不同碳源、氮源、无机盐和生长激素单个营养因子对两个红菇菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:在室温振荡培养条件下,0443菌株菌丝生长最适宜的碳源为葡萄糖,而0005菌株菌丝生长最适宜的碳源为乳糖;两个菌株对无机氮源(NH4)2SO4的利用率均为最高;不同的无机盐和生长激素对两个菌株菌丝生长的促进作用有一定的差异,ZnSO4和VB1对0443菌株菌丝生长的促进效果最好,而MnCl2和VB2对0005菌株菌丝生长的促进效果最好。
A liquid culture method was employed to study the effects of different sources of carbon, nitrogen, inorganic salts and hormones on mycelium growth and development of 2 strains of Russula sp. The results showed that glucose was the most suitable carbon source for the growth of the strain 0443 but lactose was better than glucose for the strain 0005. (NH4)2SO4 was highly utilized by both the strains. Different inorganic salts and hormones showed slight difference in facilitating mycelium growth of the two strains. ZnSO4 and VBI promoted evidently mycelium development of the strain 0443, whereas MnCl2 and VB2 of the strain 0005.
