摘要
目的探讨尿液微量白蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的运用。方法使用全自动生化分析仪检测159例2型糖尿病患者的尿液微量白蛋白,并与102例健康体检者检测结果进行对比分析。结果糖尿病组和健康体检组相比,尿MA阳性率差异有显著性;糖尿病患者尿MA与糖尿病病史关系密切。结论全自动生化分析仪检测尿微量白蛋白,操作过程更加简单、方便、快速、灵敏度高、结果准确可靠。给早期诊断糖尿病肾病带来了方便。
Objective Investigate the detection of urine microalbumin in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy in the useful.
