土壤中多环芳烃的ASE前处理方法研究 被引量:16

摘要 通过对比试验,条件试验等对ASE提取土壤中多环芳烃的效果进行了验证。结果表明,温度80~110℃,压力1000~2000psi均适用于提取土壤中多环芳烃,萃取溶剂中含有丙酮回收率较高。萘、苊烯、二氢苊浓缩回收率偏低,其它多环芳烃全部在85%~107%,相对标准偏差均在20%以内。本文还对ASE和索氏提取进行了比对。 The effect of extracting PAHs from the soil with ASE method is tested by comparative test and conditional test. The results reveal that there is suitable condition to extract PAHs from the soil with temperature as 80 to 100℃ and pressure between 10000 to 2000psi. There is high extracting recycling rate with acetone, but with low recycling rate with naphthalene and acenaphthylene and acenaphthene. The recycling rate of other kinds of PAHs is from 85% to 107%, and the relative standard deviation is under 20%. The comparability between ASE and Soxhlet is tested in the paper as well.
