长株潭两型社会建设中的经济生态化研究

Research on Economic Ecological in the Construction of "Resource-Saving and Environment-Friendly Society" in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

把经济生态化发展纳入两型社会建设试验区配套改革目标之中,是长株潭试验区取得成效的必然选择。本文认为,经济生态化是指经济要素优化组合,经济结构动态合理,经济发展与资源的开发和环境保护相协调,最终达到经济增长的速度与增长的质量同步,经济发展的规模与效益相适,城乡、区域协调发展,人的物质生活需要与精神文化需要同时满足的目的。为达到这一目的,长株潭地区应该既要注意区域内生态成本内化,又要确保辐射生态圈的协调发展。

Put the economic ecological development into the objectives of the Two -Oriented Society reform is the inevitable choice for success of the Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan area. This article consider the economic ecological is that the eco- nomic factors optimum combination, the economic structure dynamicly reasonable, the economic development coordinate with the resource development and environmental protection. And the ultimate goal is the synchronization between the eco- nomic growth speed and the growth quality, the semblance between the the economic development scale and efficiency, the coordinate development between the Urban and rural areas. The satisfaction both people＇s material needs and the the spirit- ual and cultural needs. In order to attain the purpose, the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan area should pay attention to the re- gion of the ecological cost, and ensure that the radiated ecosystem coordinated development .
