摘要
本文拟定了复方氧氟沙星滴耳液处方，制备工艺和质量控制标准，并对其进行了稳定性试验。采用紫外分光光度法在波长２９３ｎｍ处测定氧氟沙星的吸收度。经临床试验表明该制剂应用疗效可靠、安全、实用。
We studied the method of preparation and qulality control of compound ofloxacin ear drop.The determination of ofloxacin was established by ultroaviolet spectrophotometry at the wavelength 293nm.
