摘要
民生科技的提出是和谐社会建设的内在要求,是一种新的科技价值追求和发展方向。加强发展民生科技可以借鉴中国古代科技思想中反奇技淫巧、重民生实用的人本价值追求,从以往的学院科学、产业科学转向大众切身感受的生活世界,正确处理基础理论研究与民生科技应用、科技创新与科技扩散、专家决策与公众参与关系,使大众分享科技发展成果,共建和谐社会。
The putting forward of the people＇s livelihood science ＆ technology is the inner demand of the construction of harmony society, and is a new science ＆ technology＇s value pursuit and development direction. Developing the peo- ple＇s livelihood science ＆ technology strengthenly can draw lessons from the humanism value pursuit in chinese ancient science ＆ technology thoughts which fight against useless and harmful artifacts and support livelihood pragmati- calness, and turn from the college science and industry science to the living world which people can feel by them- selves, and deal with correctly the relationships between basic theory research and the people＇ s livelihood science ＆ technology application, science ＆ technology innovation and science ＆ technology diffusion, specialist decision and the public participation, so that the public can share the achievements of the science ＆ technology progress and con- struct the haimony society all together.
