腹主动脉瘤破裂18例救治体会

Salvage and treatment of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysms.

１８例腹主动脉瘤破裂，１６例经手术治疗。手术方法主要为腹主动脉瘤切除人造血管植入术，围手术期死亡６例（３７５％）。为提高病人生存率，一旦腹主动脉瘤诊断成立，应积极行择期手术治疗。腹主动脉瘤破裂后，正确及时的诊断尤为重要。

In a group of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm 16 cases were operated on going to emergency treatment.The average age of these patients was 65.4 years old.The choice of operating method was resection of aneurysm and implantation of vascular prosthesis.By the operation patients 6 cases died in perioperative period(37.5%).Once diagnosed with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm elective operation must be actively performed for gaining a high survival rate.The correct diagnosis is important after rupture.The clamping method of aorta must be come to notice and post-operative ischemia of lower extremity must be prevented. \ \
