An Analysis of Chuang Tzu's Political Standpoint in Line with The Human World

《庄子》内七篇中的《逍遥游》和《人间世》两篇在风格和气象上存在着显而易见的差异。文章试图通过对《人间世》文本的分析,探究存在这种差异的原因。笔者认为原因在于庄子在他的哲思中回避了现实和政治的维度,而将其仅作为技术性思考的对象。这使得庄子在面对沉重现实的时候,表现出了某种两极化的态度,一方面"任性逍遥",另一方面又"戒之慎之"。文章通过彰显这种两极状态,来进一步认识庄子哲学的某些深层因素。

Happy Excursions and The Human World in Chuang Tzu are evidently different in style and situations. This paper attempts to explore the cause for differences by making a textual analysis of The Human World. It is opined that the cause lies in Chuang Tzu＇s evasion of reality and politics in his philosophi- cal meditation in that he regards them as objects of technical thinking with the result that he displays a polar- ized attitude in face of grim reality, with one being ＂happy excursion＂ and the other ＂avoidance and pru- dence＂. In the last part of the paper, an attempt is made to probe into Chuang Tzu＇s philosophy by highlighting his polarized attitude.
