摘要
2008年中国钢铁工业经历了原燃料供应紧张,质量下降,成分波动大的客观情况,对钢铁企业能耗有较大的负面影响。2008年,全国重点钢铁企业吨钢综合能耗比2007年度上升1.70 kg/t,相应重点生产工序能耗也出现反弹,这是近年来所没有发生过的现象。用科学发展观去分析能耗上升的原因,提出降低能耗的一些技术措施和办法。应高度重视钢铁企业能耗上升的态势,积极采取一切有效措施制止这种态势的发展,为完成国家提出的"十一五"期间钢铁企业单位GDP值能耗要下降20%的目标做出贡献。
In 2008,China's iron and steel industry experienced the objective environment including fuel shortage , declining of quality and great fluctuation of chemical composition. It had a great negative impact on the energy consumption of key iron and steel enterprises. The overall energy consumption per ton steel company increased 1.70 kgce/tlast year, and the corresponding energy consumption focus on working procedure also rebounded, this is a phenomenon which is not occurred. To find out the reasons for increase of energy consumption, the scientific outlook on development was used and some technical measurements and methods were proposed. The leaders at all levels in the iron and steel enterprises shall attach great importance to the rising trend of energy consumption, and shall take all effective measurements to put an end to this trend to completion of the "Eleventh Five-Year" period goal of which energy consumption of GDP value of units decrease 20%.
