Study on Highly Efficient Dephosphorization in BOF

摘要 在无铁水炉外预处理脱磷工艺条件下,于一座转炉内冶炼优质高碳钢,通过实验室研究及生产工艺优化,成功开发了复吹转炉采用单渣法高拉碳工艺冶炼优质低磷高碳钢新技术,解决了低磷、高碳出钢的工艺技术难题。采用新工艺后,优质高碳钢出钢平均磷的质量分数由0.015%下降为0.011%。出钢平均碳的质量分数由0.097%提高到0.44%。 Under the process conditions without hot metal pre-dephosphorization treatment, super quality high carbon liquid steel was produced in a converter with low-phosphorus high-carbon tapping from laboratory research and production process optimization by single-slagging high carbon tapping technology. The problem of process technology for low-phosphorus high-carbon tapping is solved. Using the new technology, the average tapping phosphorus content in the super quality high carbon steel is reduced from 0. 015 % down to 0.011%. The average tapping carbon content is increased from 0. 097% up to 0.44%.
