摘要
TDS2101是一种低Ni、高N的双相不锈钢,耐蚀性能好于普通304(L),而强度的提高可使设计壁厚减薄,在一定范围内是304(L)、316L理想的替代产品,因此在建筑、海水淡化、石化等方面有极其广阔的使用前景。就与TDS2101板材制造方面相关的冶炼、热加工技术以及实物性能进行研究。
Duplex stainless steel TDS2101 with low Ni and high N is better than common 304(L) stainless steel on corrosion resistance and yield strength, so it is economized by reducing thickness of the wall on design aspect. Based on above merits, TDS2101 is the perfect substitute for 304(L) in certain fields, and its market prospect is wide in petroleum, chemical engineering, architecture and sea water desalination fields etc. The refining, hot rolling and practice performances of TDS2101 are investigated in terms of plate manufacturing.
