团体心理辅导在教师效能提升中的应用

The Application of Group Counseling in Improving Teacher Efficacy

摘要 教师效能是教师有效执行教育教学活动的能力,以及应用该能力对学生的学业、态度和情感发展产生良好影响的信念。教师效能提升与新课程理念中所强调的教师发展观是相一致的。本研究采用结构化团体心理辅导的方法,以提升教师效能为目的,探索团体心理辅导对提高教师效能的作用。研究结果发现,团体辅导活动促使教师对教师职业获得新的启发和领悟并能够利用在团体辅导中习得的心理学理论发展出积极策略引导学生投入学习历程,有效达成教学目标。团体心理辅导对于提升教师效能进而提高学生学业成绩有着明显效果。 Teacher efficacy refers to the abilities teacher present to carry out teaching activities, and their beliefs of this use to influence the students' school work, attitudes and emotional developments. To improve teacher efficacy is consistent with the concept of teacher development which is emphasized in the new curriculum. This study adopts the structured group counseling method to prove the functions of the group counseling on teacher efficacy. The result show that group counseling can help teachers acquire new inspiration and digestion on teachers' profession, and proved to be effective in reaching into teaching goals. The effect of this counseling on teacher efficacy and students' achievements is found to be significant.
