新课程改革下农村小学语文教师基本素养提高途径探析

Analysis of the Improvement of Rural Primary Chinese Teachers' Basic Qualities in the Context of New Curriculum Reform

通过对农村小学语文教师素养的现实分析,发现农村小学语文教师基本素养偏低,分析其原因,主要有两项,一是对农村小学教师素养定位过高、涉及方面过多、理想化过重,教师不知道从什么地方提高;二是对小学语文教师的培养培训不够科学,偏离了小学教育的基本规律,偏离了小学语文教师对知识的需求轨道。在无法改变职前培养的情况下,提出了针对现实、针对问题、针对需求的"草根培训"模式,经过2年的实验,收到了预期的效果。

By analyzing rural primary Chinese teachers＇ qualities, two reasons are found： firstly, the levels are too high for the teachers to follow; secondly, the ways of training are not scientific enough and deviated from the basic laws of primary education and teachers＇ demand for knowledge. A model of ＂grass-roots training＂ was suggested, and after two years＇ experiment, the expected result has been attained.
