摘要
中学历史教师新课程培训存在着培训内容方式大一统,忽视教师主体性;培训过分注重理念灌输,缺乏示范性和实践性等误区。要使新课程培训真正落到实处,需要从培训方式上加以变革。专家讲座、专业引领;名师讲坛、现身说法;校本培训、同伴互助。三位一体,三者互动,共同促进新课程历史教师培训的良性发展。
There are some misunderstandings about the middle school history teachers' new curriculum training. The contents were excessively unified, and teachers' subjectivity was neglected. Demonstration and practice were not properly concerned. The following methods are proposed for a change: experts' lectures and professional lead, expert teachers' forum, and school-based teacher training.
