摘要 基于旋转弯曲试验,运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立某铝合金车轮有限元模型,进行了车轮旋转弯曲疲劳试验的数值模拟,分析了车轮结构的薄弱处,并进行了改进设计.同时,对改进前后的车轮进行了实际的旋转弯曲台架试验,改进后的车轮通过了实际试验,与数值模拟结果一致.研究表明,有限元方法可以较好地模拟铝合金车轮旋转弯曲试验. The strength and fatigue life are the key technical indicators of aluminum alloy wheels. Based on the rotating bending test, the FEM software ABAQUS is used to establish finite element model. With the numerical simulation, the weakness structure of the wheel is found and the design improves. Meanwhile, two models before and after improving design are compared. Actual bench tests are done. It is accordant with the numerical simulation that only the improved wheel passed the bench test. The research shows that the finite element method can be a better simulation method for aluminum alloy wheel rotating bending test.
