Simulation of Road Roughness Based on Pseudo White Noise and Study of Vehicle Ride Comfort

This paper introduces the method of simulating the road roughness of the time series based on pseudo white noise, and applies the method to the four DOF nonlinear random vibration model of the vehicle, and studies vehicle ride comfort. The results of simulation demonstrate the feasibility of the method in simulating the road roughness, and in the application in vehicle ride comfort.
