摘要
提出了当3根转向轴不在同一个平面内时,如何保证万向节的等速传动特性的方法.并针对某车型转向系统的万向传动部分的结构进行优化设计,设计结果在运动学仿真软件中进行仿真,得到较好的结果.
ooke's Joint is an indispensable transmission component of automobile steering system. This paper presents a method of how to ensure constant speed in Hooke's Joint transmission when three-axis shift is not in the same plane. And then this paper makes an optimal design about the transmission part of one vehicle steering system, which is simulated in kinematical simulation software, and good results are obtained.
