黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离术后视功能恢复的观察

A study on visual function recovery after retinal detachment with macular hole surgery

本文对３０例单眼罹患视网膜脱离经手术获得成功而另眼为健眼的病人，就黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离术后视功能恢复进行探讨。用Ｏｃｔｏｐｕｓ视野分析仪检查，健眼为对照眼。结果：术后３０只眼视野的定量值，ＭＳ比术前提高，而ＭＤ、ＣＬＶ比术前下降，差异呈显著性（Ｐ＜０．０００１）。随访６个月以上，术后视力与术前视力对照，有明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离术后视功能恢复与裂孔大小、脱离的范围有关。术后黄斑功能不能完全恢复。

Objective:To investigate the visual function recovery after retinal detachment with macular hole surgery.Methods:The Octopus Field Analyzer was used to measure static centrol visual fields of both eyes in 30 patients with unilateral retinal detachment due to macular hole after ssuccessful pneumatic retinopexy and vitrectomy.The normal eyes were the controls.Results:With regard to MS,MD,CLV of quantity the visual field,the MS of postoperative eyes showed a significant increase and MD,CLV decrease compared with preoperative eyes(p<00001).Followup examinations(after 6 months)disclosed visual acuity in 30 eyes had getting better than before(P<005).Conclusions:The visual function recovery after retinal detachment with macular hole surgery are related to size of macular hole,range of retinal detachment.The visual function of retinal detachment caused by macular hole ist perfectly recoveryed from postoperation.
