苏州市某社区外来人口家庭儿童行为问题现状及影响因素的研究

Investigation on current situation and the related factors of behavioral problems in children from the family of adventitious population of certain community in Suzhou

【目的】了解苏州市某社区外来人口家庭儿童行为问题现状及影响因素，为临床干预提供依据。【方法】采用Conners父母症状问卷（Parent Symptom Questionnaire，PSQ）和自制家庭问卷，以整群抽样的方法，对苏州市高新区枫桥社区240名6～8岁外来人口家庭儿童的行为问题进行调查，并将结果与国内常模进行比较。【结果】儿童行为问题总检出率为18．75％，男童为20．0％，女童为17．0％，男、女童行为问题检出率之间比较差异无显著性（X^2=0．34，P〉0．05）；男、女童在各因子之间比较差异均无显著性（P值均〉0．05）；男童的品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍、焦虑、多动指数等因子分高于Conners常模；女童的品行问题、学习问题、冲动-多动、焦虑、多动指数等因子分高于Conners常模；父母的婚姻状况、电视节目的选择、玩具的数量等是该社区外来人口家庭儿童行为问题的影响因素。【结论】苏州市社区外来人口家庭儿童行为问题检出率较高；要重视家庭环境对儿童行为问题的影响。

[Objective] To investigate the current situation and the related factors of behavioral problems in children from the family of adventitious population. [Methods] The behavior problems of 240 children between 6-8 years old from the family of adventitious population in the Fengqiao community were assigned by cluster sampling method and were assessed with Parent Symptom Questionnaire（PSQ）and a self-designed questionnaire, and the datas were compared with norms of PSQ. [ Results] The total detectable rate of behavioral problems in children was 18.75 %, boys was 20.0 % and girls was 17.0 %. There was no significant difference in the total detectable rate and the detectable rate of different factors between boys and girls（P〉0.05）. The scores of conduct problems, learning problems, heart-body obstacle, anxiety, hyperactivity index were markedly higher than those in PSQ in boys,while the scores of conduct problems,learning problems, impulsivity-hyperactivity,anxiety,hyperactivity index were markedly higher than those in PSQ in girls. The marital status of parents,choise of TV programmes,quantity of toys were the influencing factors of behavioral problems in children from the family of adventitious population. [Conclusions] The detectable rate of the behavioral problems in children from the family of adventitious population in Suzhou is high. The family environments have important influence on children＇s behavior.
