摘要
【目的】探索学习障碍(learning disabilities,LD)儿童的事件相关脑电位(P300)的特点,为临床诊治提供依据。【方法】采用修订版儿童学习障碍筛查量表(PRS)结合韦氏智测量表得分及学习成绩入组LD儿童38例,正常对照组26例。对所有对象进行儿童韦氏量表、P300测试;对LD患儿进行相应学习能力训练治疗并随访其P300。【结果】①LD组与对照组比较:靶P2、N2、P3潜伏期延长,差异有显著性(P<0.05),P3波幅下降差异有显著性(P<0.05);②LD组训练前后比较:P300各潜伏期均有显著性缩短(P<0.01);P3波幅改变差异无显著性。【结论】LD儿童P300潜伏期延长,波幅低,存在脑认知功能缺陷,事件相关脑电位P300可作为临床评价LD患儿听觉认知功能的脑电生理指标。
[Objective] To explore features of the event-related brain potentials in children with learning disabilities (LD). [Methods] C-WISC and P300 were tested to 64 children (38 LD children and 26 normal controls) The group of children with LD were retested by P300 after training. [Results] ①The auditory P300 indices,L-P2,N2,L-P3 were significantly longer and the amplitude of P3 significantly reduced in children with LD than that in normal children(all P values (0. 05) ,②The latency of P300 were significantly shorten after training in the group of children with LD(P〈0. 01) ; the amplitude of P3 were not significantly increased after training in the group of children with LD. [Conclusions] There is long latency,low amplitude wave in children with LD, brain cognitive dysfunction exists. Event-related brain potentials P300 may evaluate LD children's cognitive function.
