孤独症的发病与遗传基因的关系 被引量：3

摘要 有关孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)的遗传学研究进展迅速,国际上发表的相关论文日趋增多,研究陆续发现了许多与发病相关的染色体或候选基因,其中15号染色体、X染色体以及7号染色体异常或相关的某些区段的基因变异报道较多,但亦有许多相矛盾的研究结果。整理和介绍一些重要的文献内容,可能益于国内同仁做研究参考,故将近期相关研究做一介绍。
